For artists and bands

How many people are already coming to your gig?

The artist cabinet gathers every event where you're in the lineup, from any organizer. Where the organizer opened access, you see sign-ups and sales.

Who the cabinet is for

For anyone who gets put in a lineup: from a solo set in a coffee shop to a band on a festival stage.

  • Solo artists
  • DJs
  • Speakers and lecturers
  • Bands and ensembles

What's in the cabinet

  • Lineups from every organizer

An event that adds you to its lineup shows up in your cabinet on its own, no matter who organizes it or how many organizers you work with.

  • Sales without guest data

If the organizer opened access, you see the event's sales and analytics. Guest names and contacts stay with the organizer.

  • Live sign-up counter

The number updates while the page is open. No more messaging the organizer to ask how many have signed up.

  • Your own organization for your own events

For your own concerts and tickets. Band members and your manager become its team, each with their own permissions.

  • Public artist page

An address like /artist/your-name with upcoming and past gigs, music from Spotify and your socials. Handy for your bio.

  • Cabinet in the pro panel

The artist cabinet opens in the AOA pro panel next to your other cabinets, on your phone too.

Good to know upfront

Tickets for your gig are sold by the event organizer. The cabinet shows the numbers; the sale and the money stay with them.

Sign-ups and sales are visible only where the organizer opened access. You still see events without access, just without numbers.

The cabinet is free and has no plan. Tickets for your own events are sold through the artist's organization on the same terms as for any organization on AOA.

No. Even with access opened, an artist sees only numbers: how many signed up and how many tickets sold. Guest names and contacts stay with the organizer.

The event in your list of gigs: title, date and place. The sign-up counter and sales appear as soon as the organizer opens access.

Band members see the band cabinet through their own solo profiles in the lineup. To let them or your manager edit the profile, add them to the band organization's team with edit permission.

Sign in and apply from that account. We'll link the profile to it, and the cabinet will appear in the "Manage" menu.

Yes. For your own events the cabinet has the artist's organization: tickets are sold through it, and gigs from other lineups stay next to them in one list.
