Telegram bot builder

Your own Telegram bot for events and venues

Menu, answers to questions, broadcasts, tickets and bookings in one bot with your name on it. The bot works with your AOA data, so there is nothing to copy over by hand.

Book Club

bot

Hi! This is the Book Club bot. How can I help?

  • Buy a ticket
  • FAQ
  • Guest room

FAQ

Where we meet, whether you can come without the book and what to bring: the answers are all here. Didn’t find your question?

  • Ask a question

Use cases

A bot for an event or for a venue

  • Bot for an eventTickets, a programme with reminders and the guest room.Take a look
  • Bot for a venueMenu, table booking and the loyalty card.Take a look

What makes it different

A bot that knows your events

The data is already there

Tickets, the programme, bookings and the loyalty card come from AOA. Nothing to duplicate in the bot or update in two places.

The same checks as the website

The bot sells tickets with the same code as the website: capacity, the sales window, membership, age. You can’t sell more through the bot than you have places.

You see what the bot brought in

Analytics counts not just messages but also website visits and event registrations that came from your bot.

Builder

The bot control panel

The sections below mirror the bot control panel in AOA, with the same names you see in the product.

2

Chats

Every conversation with your guests in one inbox, with new messages showing up right away.

  • Reply quoting a specific message, and reactions both ways
  • Search by name or @username, plus an unread counter
  • A “Waiting for a reply” label when a guest taps “Ask a question” under the FAQ
  • One inbox for all your bots

Menu

Buttons at the bottom of the chat where a guest starts talking to the bot.

  • Drag buttons to reorder them, two per row or full width
  • Four button colours, the same as in Telegram itself
  • A button can reply with text, a formatted message, an FAQ accordion, a link, a ticket, the event programme, a table booking, a loyalty card or the guest room
  • Up to 10 menu sets you switch with one click
  • A “What guests see” preview before you publish
  • The “/” command list syncs with Telegram

Broadcasts

One message to everyone who has started the bot.

  • Before sending, you see how many people will get the broadcast
  • An “Only people who left a phone number” filter
  • A link button under the message on paid plans
  • Sending runs in the background: close the tab and follow progress in the panel
  • “Stop” and “Send to the rest” for those it did not reach, with no repeats for everyone else
  • Each bot has its own sending queue within Telegram limits

Triggers and flows

Bot actions that start on their own, with no one on your team involved.

  • The air raid alert flow already works: a message when the alert starts and when it ends in your region
  • You write the alert and all-clear texts, and the all-clear says how long the alert lasted
  • The message chain editor and AI replies are in development

Analytics

Numbers for 7, 30 or 90 days, or a year.

  • Subscribers, active people and how many of them came back
  • Actions in the bot, conversations and who blocked the bot
  • Which buttons and commands people use most
  • Website visits and event registrations that came from this bot

Settings

The bot’s profile and how it works.

  • Change the bot’s name and description right from AOA
  • A button next to the input field opens your AOA page inside Telegram
  • The region and texts for air raid alerts
  • An optional filter for accounts that look Russian
  • Pause the bot and resume it any time

Ready-made presets

Ready-made blocks for your bot menu

Buttons with logic that already know how to sell, book and answer. Add them to the menu and adjust the text to suit you.

Starter set

Comes with the bot. For a venue that is booking, menu and the venue room; for an organizer it is the ticket, event programme and guest room. Turn it on when you are ready.

Ticket sales

Free registration in one tap or payment through Monobank right in the chat. The bot checks capacity and the sales window the same way the website does.

FAQ

Answers in an accordion. Under every FAQ there is an “Ask a question” button that hands the conversation to your team.

Event programme

Stages and the schedule by day. A guest follows the whole event or a single stage and gets a reminder 15 minutes before each act.

Table booking

Opens the AOA booking form, or your own link if you take bookings through another service.

Loyalty card

The “My QR” button shows the card number, balance and a QR for the till. It appears in the menu by itself as soon as you turn on your loyalty programme.

Guest room

A guest AOA recognises gets a link to the room right away. Everyone else is asked to scan the QR on site.

Air raid alert

The bot tells subscribers when an alert starts and ends in your region. You write the texts.

Menu sets

Everyday, holiday, event night: save several bot menus and switch between them with one click.

Guest journey

The bot is with your guest from the first message

  1. 01

    First contact

A guest opens the bot from a link and sees the menu: tickets or bookings, answers to questions, your page on AOA.

  2. 02

    Before the visit

A ticket or a table in one tap in the same chat. Following the event programme.

  3. 03

    On site

Reminders about acts, the guest room, the loyalty card at the till.

  4. 04

    Between visits

Broadcasts about new events and news, loyalty points, the holiday bot menu.

AI integration

In development

We are building a flow editor: message chains with buttons, conditions and pauses, plus AI replies grounded in the details of your event or venue. Once they are ready, they will appear in your bot’s Triggers and flows tab.

Getting started

Your bot is live in four steps

01

Create the bot

In Telegram, open @BotFather, create a bot and copy the token. It takes two minutes.

02

Connect it to AOA

Turn on the Chatbots module in your organization or venue settings and paste the token. AOA checks it and connects the bot.

03

Build the menu

Turn on the starter set or add your own buttons. Check the result in “What guests see”.

04

Invite your guests

Add the bot link to your announcements and social media, and follow the results in analytics.

Yours. You create the bot in @BotFather, and AOA runs it with your token, which is stored encrypted. You change the bot’s name and description from AOA, and the avatar in @BotFather.

One bot, chats, up to 10 commands and one broadcast a week are available without a subscription. Menu buttons and buttons under messages come with paid plans: Basic and Pro for venues, Plus for organizers. Pro and Plus give you up to three bots, and the plan for chains up to ten. Current prices are on the pricing page.

Yes, on the Plus plan for organizers and Pro for venues. Free registration takes one tap, and a paid ticket is paid through Monobank via a link in the chat. For events with a seating plan, the bot sends guests to the website to pick a seat.

No. You set up the menu, replies and broadcasts in the AOA panel, and the “What guests see” preview shows the result before you publish.

Choose the region and texts in settings and turn on a flow with the alert trigger. Every minute the bot checks the alert status in your region and sends subscribers a message when the alert starts and ends, and the all-clear says how long it lasted.

The air raid alert flow already works. A message chain editor with buttons, conditions and pauses, plus AI replies, are in development.

In an organization it is the owner and members with broadcast rights; in a venue it is the owner and managers with marketing rights.
