No subscriptions, contracts or hidden fees.
There is no catch. Listing your space, online booking, the CRM and the Telegram integration are free: no monthly fees, no one-off charges and no minimum contracts. AOA earns from other services on the platform, not from listing spaces.
Other platforms charge 1,400 to 3,250 UAH a month for a listing, with a minimum three-month contract. Their model is paying just to be in the catalogue. On AOA, listing is free, with no minimum term and no subscription. A space here isn’t a separate paid product: organizers run their events in AOA and look for a space for them in the same catalogue, while we grow a community of live meetups.
Organizers run their event in AOA from start to finish: sign-ups and tickets, real-time check-in for a whole team of hosts, guest mailings, a guest activity CRM and post-event feedback. Entry works even without internet, and on a test rig we replayed an evening with 20,000 guests and 20 hosts. That’s why organizers look for a space for their event here too.
