A kind gesture that reaches someone
Classic suspended coffee lacked feedback. Here, whoever treated gets “Marta got a cappuccino from you at table 12” and, if Marta wants, a single “thank you”. That's how a guest comes to feel it's their place
For venues · Suspended coffee
A guest leaves a coffee or a dessert for the next person at their table and pays for it on their own bill. Whoever treated finds out the coffee was received and can read a “thank you”. For you, it's one more sale and guests who feel at home with you.
Think back to last Saturday. How many of the guests had you seen before?
People come back to places where something good happened to them. Suspended coffee creates those moments at your tables, and the guests come up with them themselves.
What your venue gets
Classic suspended coffee lacked feedback. Here, whoever treated gets “Marta got a cappuccino from you at table 12” and, if Marta wants, a single “thank you”. That's how a guest comes to feel it's their place
A gift from a stranger is something you want to tell your friends about. Your venue's name is part of that story
The guest buys one more item, for the next person, and pays for it on their own bill. The price comes from your POS menu, and the payback report has a separate line: gifts paid for this month and your margin on them
The waiter gets “add to the bill, table 12” in Telegram and confirms payment with one button. When the gift is accepted, “bring it to table 12” comes through

Coffee shop
Morning guests treat whoever comes after them, and later in the day they find out who got the coffee

Coworking space
Residents treat newcomers at shared tables, and the space starts to feel like theirs sooner

Restaurant or bookshop
A dessert with tea for the next person at a table that has already become a favorite
How to launch
The “Suspended coffee” module in your venue settings. Your tables need AOA tags. If you link them to tables, the waiter will see the table number
Coffee and desserts with prices and photos: from your connected POS menu, or a few items added by hand
Guests see the gift only after the waiter has confirmed payment. Then the next person at the table accepts it, and the waiter brings it over
A day at one table
Iryna leaves a cappuccino
Finishes her coffee and treats whoever sits at this table after her
At 09:15 someone got the cappuccino
Oleh gets the cappuccino and leaves a cheesecake
Taps the tag, and a card from Iryna drops down over the table. Before leaving, he treats the next guest
“Thank you, the morning turned out great”
At 13:05 someone got the cheesecake
Marta gets the cheesecake
Lunch break. She taps the tag, and a gift from Oleh is already waiting for her
“Thank you, just in time”
Sashko leaves a latte
Treats whoever sits here after him. Nobody else is coming today, so the latte will wait until morning
A paid gift waits for a guest for up to a week
In one day at table 7: 3 gifts, 4 people, 2 thank-yous. None of them know each other
Tell us about your venue, and we'll suggest how to launch suspended coffee together with table tags.
