A guest comes in, taps the NFC tag and sees who's around. No schedule and no confirmations, for the lively hours in your space.
Guests meet only in person, in your space, and NFC stickers on the tables let them into your venue's room with a single tap. On top of that: messages and offers for quiet hours, communities, events, AOA Connect, bookings and a CRM that tracks repeat visits.

How many guests came back to you for a second visit last week?
Guests come back when they have a reason: a community, new people, regular meetups. AOA brings these into your space by one rule:
Morning coffee, business breakfasts, the afternoon lull: people come exactly when the room is half empty. Promote offers, announcements and activities right when you need more guests coming in.
Guests come back not only for coffee or dinner, but for the people, the atmosphere and the community that has grown in your space.
Your space appears on the AOA map, in the “where are people right now” search and in community picks: a source of traffic beyond social media.
Quiet-hour occupancy, 30-day returns, traffic sources, how events and offers perform.
AOA brings together city communities: running and book clubs, language meetups, founders, yoga. A club picks your space as its regular spot and comes every week at the same time. It's a steady flow of guests you don't have to pay for each time.
Start with your coffee, finish with brunch
Talking books over tea
UK / EN / DE at one table
Startup founders from the neighborhood
Breakfast at your place after class
Digital creators and illustrators
What one club adds up to. 8–12 people once a week make 400+ visits a year.
You offer AOA a free slot, and we find a club that fits your format.
NFC stickers on the tables confirm that a person is physically in your space: a guest taps their phone and joins everyone else who's here right now. Everything the tags can do
The guest holds their phone to the table and your space's room opens. No app to download: it all works in the browser or the Telegram bot. Joining from home is impossible: AOA checks that the guest is really in the room.
On screen are the other guests who are in the room right now and open to a chat. They're visible only while they're here. Profiles aren't public, and no one can find guests by searching from outside.
With one tap, a guest lets someone know they're interested, without having to make the first move. If the interest is mutual, they walk over and start talking right there in your venue. There's no chat between guests.
A guest leaves a coffee or a dessert for the next person at their table. Classic suspended coffee lacked feedback: whoever paid never found out if the coffee reached anyone. In AOA, Denys gets “Marta got a cappuccino from you at table 12”, and Marta can reply with a single “thank you”. That's how guests start to feel it's their place.
In 2025, visits to venues in Ukraine fell by 8%, and 42% of restaurant owners saw profitability drop (Poster survey). Mark your quiet hours in your account once: AOA will offer them to clubs and AOA Connect pairs, and the report will show how many people came.
Guests go out less often, but they choose venues for the atmosphere and community, not just the menu.
Source: Poster, 2025Bookings for 09:00 are growing faster than for any other hour.
Source: Toast, Q3 2025The 16:00–18:00 window is the second biggest growth peak.
Source: Toast, Q3 2025Pumpkin season starts in September, mulled wine season in mid-November. To get the menu, decor and announcement ready in time, you need to know weeks ahead. Your AOA venue panel shows the upcoming holidays and food seasons picked for your type of venue.
Maslenitsa and Lent move every year along with Easter: the dates follow the calendar of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine.
A coffee shop sees Coffee Day, while a bar sees Oktoberfest and Whisky Day. A niche date doesn't show up where it means nothing.
A season that's already under way sits at the top, with the nearest dates below it. You'll hear about New Year's Eve in mid-October, while banquet evenings are still free.
Days of mourning get their own label, so a discount message doesn't go out on Holodomor Remembrance Day.
Every morning AOA offers people with a Premium subscription one meetup in person: one-on-one or a table for 3-4, based on shared interests. Once everyone agrees, AOA picks the time and place, and the booking appears in your list already confirmed.
AOA Connect suggests meetups during your opening hours. On Pro you can mark quiet hours, when the room is half empty, and add a bonus to them: matching offers meetups there first.
Guests choose a format in their profile: a meetup for two or a table for 3-4 people with shared interests. For your space, that's two to four bills from one booking.
A booking is created once all participants agree on the time and place, and 20 minutes before the start the guests confirm once more that they're coming. Anyone who cancels less than 12 hours ahead three times in a month is out of the program for two weeks. That protects your table from no-shows.
Premium is paid, and guests agree on the time and place themselves. The people who come to you decided in advance to be here at that exact time.
You set the quiet-hours bonus: -50% on a second drink, a dessert with a main order, a larger drink at no extra cost or a set for two at a fixed price. Guests see it in the offer before they meet.
Your space chooses which modes to open to AOA: spontaneous through the room, matched by AOA Connect, around an event or as a regular club. All four run on the same map, live presence and venue tools.

Every morning AOA offers people with a Premium subscription one meetup: one-on-one or a table for 3-4, based on interests. Once everyone agrees, the booking at your space appears by itself. On Pro, mark quiet hours with a bonus, and matching will suggest meetups there first.
Jazz, talks, open mic, networking nights. The event's guest room stays open for the whole event and 30 minutes after: guests warmed up by a shared experience keep getting to know each other.
Run club on Thursday at 08:30, book club on Wednesday at 19:00. When a club makes your space its regular spot, it comes at the same time, and you can see it in the schedule ahead.
Your space appears on the AOA map with a live activity signal: how many people are up for meeting right now, how many come for business contacts.

OpenThe CRM records every guest's activity: who comes, from where, when and to which events. Guests in quiet hours, 30-day returns, time in the room, who confirmed and came, how many bonuses were claimed, feedback after events.
A tap on the table sticker opens your space's room. Guests see each other while they're physically here and send a sign of interest.
Mark your quiet hours once and, if you like, a bonus on arrival. From then on AOA suggests AOA Connect meetups for those hours itself, and the booking appears in your list once all guests have confirmed. Quiet hours with a bonus and priority in matching are available on Pro.
Promo codes, group discounts, prices that change closer to the start, QR at the door. Several hosts check guests in at once, and if the internet drops, check-in keeps working. On a test bench we recreated a night with 20,000 guests and 20 door staff.
Telegram messages with a discount, banners on your space's page, bonuses on arrival, automatic reminders to come back after 7 days.
The guest doesn't dictate a phone number: the cashier scans their QR once. When a guest reaches the threshold, the reward arrives by itself, and only once.
Add managers, admins and marketers with separate access rights. Everyone on the team sees only the tools they need for their work.
Run special offers for guests who are celebrating their birthday. They'll see your offer on your space's page right when it matters.
Works with the Telegram bot: guests book a table in a few taps and get confirmations and reminders right in the messenger. A guest CRM, repeat visits and birthday offers.
Like Linktree, but for spaces: create your own mini page of links for social media. Your menu, bookings, events, tickets, offers and contacts, gathered in one place.
We don't promise percentages. Enter your average bill and margin, and you'll see how many extra visits a month cover the subscription.
Only guests who wouldn't have come without AOA count. A 70% margin is typical for drinks and lower for food: enter your own. Your venue analytics show who came through AOA and who came back.
This is what the report looks like in your account: how many guests came during quiet hours, who came back within 30 days, and who actually showed up after confirming.
What the report shows: guests from AOA most often come at 09:00 and 16:00, so that's where a quiet-hours bonus makes sense.
The paradox: young people today are lonelier than any generation before them. Beyond good food, drinks and atmosphere, people want community, presence and real faces across the table.
AOA is built for this return. Your space becomes more than a place for a good meal or a coffee. It becomes a place where life happens. Create a place where people come to meet, get together and come back again.
Fill in the form and pick your space on the map.
We get in touch to confirm and go over the details.
You order NFC table stickers in your account (100 UAH each), and we deliver them. If you like, link each one to its table. We'll set up your space's page, schedule and first quiet hours together.
Your space appears on the AOA map. Your account shows who came through AOA and whether they came back, and on a paid plan the payback report arrives on the first of every month.
Daily visitsSo guests stay longer, meet each other and come back again.
ConnectionsSo guests at neighboring tables can meet, and your space becomes a place people come to not just to order, but to meet someone new.
CommunityTo introduce residents to each other, bring the community to life and promote events.
Cultural spacesSo a community gathers at your location and new connections happen.
Start with a basic listing or pick a plan with CRM, events, bookings and marketing tools. Chains get a separate format with central management.
Fill in the form, pick your space on the map and wait for verification. It usually takes 1–2 business days.
Guests hold their phone to the NFC tag and get into your space's room on AOA: they see other guests and can send a honk or ask to join a table. NFC makes joining from home impossible: only being there in person works.
No. You order NFC table stickers in your account (100 UAH each), we deliver them, and all that's left is to stick them on. If you like, link each one to its table. No other equipment is needed.
Mark your quiet hours in your account once: AOA will offer them to clubs and AOA Connect pairs, and your space is visible on the AOA map. Your account and the report on the first of the month show how many people came through AOA. We don't promise how many will come: it depends on the neighborhood, the format and what you offer. Quiet hours with a bonus and priority in matching are available on Pro.
Every morning AOA offers people with a Premium subscription one meetup in person: for two or at a table for 3-4 people, based on shared interests, at a partner space. They have a day to decide. Once everyone agrees, AOA picks the time and venue, and the booking appears in your bookings list. 20 minutes before the start, guests confirm once more that they're coming. Anyone who cancels a meetup less than 12 hours ahead three times in a month is out of the program for two weeks. You turn on your space's participation in your account, and on Pro you can mark quiet hours with a bonus: filter coffee, a dessert or a small discount.
We don't promise percentages. The calculator on this page works out the break-even point: how many extra visits a month cover the plan at your average bill and margin. After that, look at the facts in your account: returning guests, NFC taps, bookings and events, and for AOA Connect, how many pairs came and how many didn't show up. The loyalty program compares guests with a control group to show the effect, not a coincidence. If your POS is connected, bills are linked to bookings.
Guests don't have public profiles: only people who are in your room right now can see them. Only people with a verified profile and a Premium subscription get into AOA Connect. After a meetup, anyone can mark that they felt unsafe, and then those people won't see each other on AOA again. Anyone who cancels at the last minute three times is out of AOA Connect for two weeks. You can cancel a slot that doesn't suit you in your account by giving a reason.
Coffee shops, coworking spaces, bookshops, bars, galleries and other public spaces where people spend time. Coffee shops and brunch spots do best with quiet morning traffic. Afternoons: coworking spaces and bookshops. Evenings: bars and cultural venues.
Chains and businesses with several locations get a separate Chain plan with central management, combined analytics and a shared customer base. Each space still has its own quiet hours, clubs and AOA Connect settings.
Yes. You can start on the Free plan: the AOA map, your space's page, AOA Connect and an online guest room via NFC stickers (100 UAH each, paid separately). When you need CRM, analytics, bookings or quiet hours with a bonus, you move to Basic or Pro.
Yes. AOA works not only for classic seated formats, but also for spaces where people being present matters: coworking spaces, galleries, cultural venues, bookshops, pop-up spots. NFC tags can go on the bar, on stands or in themed areas.
