A tag on the table that starts bringing guests back

A guest taps their phone on an AOA tag and is in your venue's room within a second: they see who's nearby, get table surprises and can treat the next person. And you see who came, who came back and what happened in the room.

How guests see it

Surprises at this table

Espresso on the house

A guest sits at your table for forty minutes. What do you get out of that time?

Usually a bill. With a tag on the table, that time turns into new acquaintances, gifts and visits you can see in your account, and a reason to come back to you specifically.

Mutual honk

Meeting people at the tables

Guests see who's in the room right now and can send a honk. If the interest is mutual, people meet in person at your venue

Someone treated you!

Cappuccino from Iryna

Suspended coffee

A guest leaves a coffee or a dessert for the next person at their table and pays for it on their own bill. Whoever treated finds out the coffee was received

Calling a waiter

The guest calls a waiter from the tag, and the table number goes straight to staff in Telegram

Every tap in the guest's profile

A tag tap and the room are recorded as a visit in your CRM. You see who's a regular and when someone last came in

What a tap does

RoomLinkMessage

A room in the evening, the menu or reviews during the day: you switch it in your dashboard

Change what a tag does from your account

The room, a link to your menu, reviews or Instagram, or a message from the venue. Nothing needs reprogramming

Tag tapped at the table

Link copied at home

Copy protection

Every tap is signed and counted: a copied link won't open the room, so only people at the table are in it

  • Promo banners on your venue page
  • A room background in your style
  • Meeting points in the room
  • Room duration for each tag
  • A monthly payback report
  • “A guest has come over” notifications

How to start

  1. 1

    Order tags in your account

The “NFC tags” tab: raised stickers, 100 UAH each

  2. 2

    Stick them on the tables

If you like, link a tag to a table or an area; you can change the settings any time

  3. 3

    Switch on what you need

The room, suspended coffee, tap surprises, calling a waiter: each module is switched on separately

Start with a few tables

Tell us about your venue, and we'll suggest how many tags you need and which features to start with.
