How to find a space for your event on the map or in the catalog, what to check before choosing and how to book a slot or cancel for free 48 hours ahead.
Finding a space
There are several ways to find the right space:
- Map: an interactive 3D map with venue clusters. Filter by type, price and capacity
- Catalog: a list of spaces with detailed descriptions and photos
- Search: find a specific venue by name or address
What to consider when choosing
- Capacity: how many people the space holds
- Equipment: a projector, sound, Wi-Fi, furniture
- Location: how convenient it is for attendees
- Price: per hour or per event
- Availability: the venue's opening hours
Booking process
- Choose a space and tap "Book"
- Choose a date and time slot
- Describe your event (type, number of people, special needs)
- Confirm the booking
- Wait for the venue to confirm
Cancelling a booking
You can cancel a booking for free up to 48 hours before the event. A later cancellation may incur a fee according to the venue's terms.
