Pricing and payment

How much renting a space through AOA costs: hourly pricing, a per-event price or a minimum spend, payment by card, Monobank or IBAN and what the price includes.

How the price is set

Space rental prices are set by the venues themselves. AOA doesn't add hidden fees for renters: you pay exactly what's listed in the catalog.

Pricing models

  • Hourly: a fixed price per hour of rental
  • Per event: a single price regardless of duration (within reason)
  • Minimum spend: some venues offer the space on condition of a minimum food and drink order

Payment methods

AOA accepts payment by:

  • Bank card (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Monobank (direct integration)
  • IBAN transfer (for legal entities)

What the price includes

The rental price usually includes:

  • Use of the space for the chosen time
  • Basic equipment (tables, chairs)
  • Wi-Fi and electricity

Extra services (a projector, sound, catering) are discussed separately with the venue.
