The fiscal receipt is issued automatically right after a ticket or product is paid for.
A software cash register (PRRO). You connect your Checkbox register once, and from then on AOA issues fiscal receipts automatically for every ticket sold and every product order. Nothing to click by hand.
The tax service considers that a buyer paying by card on a website must get a fiscal receipt. An e-ticket is not a receipt: it only confirms the right to enter, so a receipt is needed separately. Court practice on this is mixed, but a cash register removes the question entirely.
A bank statement does not replace a receipt either: it confirms a money transfer, not a sales transaction, and it is not registered with the tax service.
The guest pays, and AOA passes the items to your register and stores the fiscal number next to the order. The buyer sees a link to the receipt in their ticket.
If an organization has several sole-proprietor sellers, each receipt is issued from the register of the seller who received the money for that ticket. This matters: they are the service provider, not the platform.
