Your venue card in Google Maps updates itself: hours, menu, photos and events come from AOA.
AOA keeps your Google Business Profile up to date: hours, menu, photos and events sync on their own, reviews arrive in Telegram, and the report puts Maps views next to real visits.
Change your hours or menu in AOA and the Google card shows the same. Each sync has its own switch: you can hand AOA just the hours and menu and leave the rest as it is.
A new Google review reaches your team in Telegram, and the reply is written right from AOA. Auto-replies to 4 and 5 star reviews turn on only with your explicit consent.
After a visit, AOA invites the guest to leave a Google review. Every guest gets the same invitation, as Google review policy requires.
Views in Google Maps and Search, direction requests, calls, website clicks and the search queries people used to find you.
Next to them is what Google cannot see: how many people went from the card to your AOA page and how many then came in person (a tap on the table tag, the venue room, a POS receipt). Each button in the card has its own UTM tag, so you can see which one brings people in.
You can launch a Google Maps and Search campaign from AOA: budget, radius and keywords come pre-filled from the real queries people already use to find you. Spend, clicks and direction requests are shown in the same place, and the campaign can be paused and resumed.
Venues often pay an agency every month to manage their Google Maps listing. In AOA the card updates from what you already keep in AOA, and the report shows real visits next to the views.
Whatever Google does not allow to change automatically, AOA shows as a tip with a link to the right place in Google. The venue sets up ad billing itself in its own Google Ads account.
