Integrations/Google Analytics

Google Analytics

Event page views and registrations flow into your Google Analytics or Google Ads account.

For organizersAOA Plus

Connect Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to your event pages. You paste your property ID, and views and registrations go to your account, not ours.

  • Event page views in your Google Analytics 4
  • Registration and ticket payment as Google Ads conversions
  • The purchase amount is passed, so value-based bidding strategies are available
  • Data goes to your Google account, not ours

What reaches your account

  • Event page view, automatically
  • Successful registration, as a conversion with an amount and transaction ID
  • Ticket payment, as a purchase with the amount and number of tickets
  • Showing the page again does not double the conversion: each one has its own transaction ID

The limits, honestly

We send payments to Google from the browser, at the moment the person returns from the bank's payment page. If they close the tab before the bank confirms the payment, that purchase will not reach Google Ads. So the number of payments in Google may be slightly lower than the real one; in Meta it is exact, because payments go there from our server.

Google Ads and Google Analytics are different accounts with different IDs. An AW- tag is Google Ads, and it needs a conversion label. A G- or GT- tag is Analytics: it has no labels, so leave the label field empty.

How to connect

  1. Organization management > Settings > Tracking
  2. Paste the ID: G-XXXXXXX for Google Analytics 4 or AW-XXXXXXX for Google Ads
  3. For Google Ads, add a conversion label, otherwise the conversion will not count
  4. For Google Analytics, leave the label field empty: GA4 has no labels
