Monobank
Take payments for tickets, products and subscriptions right on the event page or in your shop.
The main payment provider on AOA. Tickets, products, venue and organization subscriptions and membership fees all go through Monobank. Split Settlement divides every payment between the organizer and the platform on the bank side, so you never have to calculate anything by hand.

How the money moves
Every payment is split on the bank side: the organizer's share goes to their account and the platform fee goes to the AOA account. The money for tickets does not sit with us and needs no separate payout: it reaches you as soon as the guest pays.
Monobank acquiring is 1.3% of each payment, the same on every plan. The AOA service fee is added separately: 5% on the free plan and 1% with a Plus subscription.
Saved cards
For subscriptions and repeat payments the card is stored in tokenized form, so AOA never sees the card number. Guests manage their saved cards in settings, and subscriptions renew without entering the details again.
Payment reliability
- Every notification from the bank is verified with a cryptographic signature
- Repeated notifications do not create duplicate payments
- Payment reconciliation catches anything lost to a network failure
- The merchant token is stored encrypted
How to connect
- Open Settings > Payments > Ticket sales
- Fill in the verification form right in the interface, or, if you already have a Monobank merchant account, paste your API token and IBAN
- Wait for confirmation from the AOA team
- Until the connection is confirmed, free events work but paid tickets do not
