What the buyer sees
At checkout, the buyer types a few letters of the city name and picks a branch from the list. Once the parcel ships, the waybill number appears in the order along with its status, so there is no need to check anything on the courier's website.
Status sync
A background process regularly polls Nova Poshta for all active deliveries and updates the order status together with the parcel status. The history of changes is kept, so you can see exactly when the parcel changed state.
Good to know
Delivery works for products from the platform shop. Event tickets need no delivery: they are in the app and in Apple Wallet right away. Venues do not connect Nova Poshta separately: the integration is set up at the platform level.
