Email that gets delivered: tickets, reminders and mailings sent in your organization's name.
AOA's email infrastructure. Tickets, reminders, order confirmations and organization mailings all go through it. Your organization's emails are signed with its name, and a guest's reply reaches a real person, not an empty inbox.
This is the main reason email here is not "just SMTP". Unsubscribing from announcements turns off announcements only: tickets, payment confirmations and reminders for events the person registered for keep coming. That way an unsubscribe never turns into a lost ticket.
And the other way round: a spam complaint or a non-existent address blocks all email to that address for good. This protects the sender's reputation for everyone else.
The newsletter editor lets you build an email from blocks and send it to members, with the same unsubscribe and limit checks. One mailing uses one slot of your plan's weekly quota.
