Syrve
Table bookings, loyalty and analytics for restaurants on Syrve, iiko included.
Syrve (formerly iiko) connects to AOA through the same mechanism as Poster: bookings reach the room, bills are matched to guests, and points add up on their own. Plus what other POS systems lack: booking cancellation works both ways, and the floor plan comes in with the seating already set.

How it differs from other POS systems
Syrve supports the full booking cycle: create, reschedule, change table and cancel. So when a guest cancels a booking on AOA, the table is freed in the room too, and staff do not have to remove anything by hand.
Another difference is the floor plan. Syrve provides a layout with table coordinates and seat counts, so you do not have to redraw the room in our dashboard: the tables come in on their own.
Loyalty
The guest carries your venue card in Apple or Google Wallet, and its balance updates after every bill. Tiers, cashback and rewards are set up in your AOA dashboard, and the cashier sees the guest by QR code or phone number.
iiko
Syrve is a rebranded iiko, and they share cloud APIs. So the same integration serves both systems: if your venue runs on iiko, connecting is no different, just pick iiko from the list.
How to connect
- Create an API key in Syrve App and give it access to bookings, guests and orders.
- Open your venue settings in AOA > "Loyalty" > "POS".
- Choose Syrve (or iiko) and enter the organization ID and API key.
- Click "Check connection" and match your tables with the room in the POS.
