Tickets, reminders, bookings and private community channels, right where people already read their messages.
AOA's deepest integration. For guests, it means tickets and reminders in a familiar messenger; for venues, bookings with confirm buttons right in the chat; for organizers, a private community channel the bot lets members into, plus mailings to members.

For guests
Your ticket, a reminder the day before the event, booking confirmations and a feedback request after the event all arrive in Telegram. You can also answer a signal from a venue room or vote in Speed Dating there, without opening the website.
For venues
A venue connects its own bot, and booking requests land in the manager's chat together with confirm buttons. No need to keep the admin panel open: the decision is made where the notification already arrived.
For organizers
The bot becomes an admin of your channel and handles join requests: it lets in people with an active membership and keeps everyone else out. Newly published events are posted to the channel automatically, and mailings go out to members within Telegram limits.
Kyiv metro and transport
A separate scenario that helps after an evening event: the bot calculates travel time, shows the latest time to leave and warns that the station entrance closes earlier than the last train. You can set a reminder 30 or 60 minutes ahead. Kyiv only for now.
How to connect
- User: Settings > Account > link Telegram, or send /start to the bot
- Venue: in venue management, create a bot through BotFather and paste its token
- Organizer: in organization management, connect your channel and add the bot as an admin
