Speed dating for organizers
Guests get their table and partner in Telegram, vote after each round, and mutual matches receive each other's contacts the same evening. You bring the venue, the host and a tap on “Start group”.

How it usually goes
The who-sits-where plan is drawn up in advance, and when someone doesn't show, it gets redone five minutes before the start.
Guests tick boxes after every round, and late at night the organizer goes through them looking for mutual matches.
Results go out by hand when half the conversations are already forgotten, while guests DM to ask whether they matched.
With AOA the system seats only checked-in guests, and mutual matches reach guests on their own as soon as the group finishes.

How the evening works
Pick the Speed Dating format in the event builder, set age groups and round length. Tickets for women and men can have their own price and seat limit: guest gender and age are checked against the profile, and the format is always 18+.
Guests check in like at any AOA event. Splitting them into groups takes one tap and includes only those who showed up.
Everyone meets everyone across the table exactly once. Before each round the bot sends guests their table and partner number, and the timer advances rounds on its own with time to switch seats.
Guests vote in Telegram or on the event page. After the last round there are a few minutes to finish voting, then AOA finds mutual matches and sends contacts via Telegram and email.
Host panel
The host watches the room, not the screen. When something goes off plan, fixing it takes one tap.
What happens without you
In the room you only see a timer and pairs. Underneath, the system keeps track of everything that a paper evening leaves to the organizer's memory.
Rounds change on time even if the host's laptop closes or the phone dies. The game keeps going on its own.
When there are more women than men or the other way round, breaks are spread evenly: nobody sits out several rounds in a row.
After the final round guests have a few minutes to finish voting, and the bot reminds them about unrated rounds.
A participant learns about interest only when it's mutual. You see all votes in your panel.
Live and after the evening
A full-screen vote table, round history with the share of mutual matches, and an estimated finish time.
A random winner among active participants: those who left don't take part, and a previous winner can't win again. The winner gets a message automatically.
Everyone who came stays among your organization's guests, so you can announce the next evening to them. Other organizers can't see your base.
Honest limits
A room with numbered tables, a host and someone at the door. Guests need an AOA account with date of birth and gender in the profile: without them the system can't place a person in a group.
You can run your first evening alongside your usual paper cards, so the backup stays at hand.
The format is available on any plan. Free events have no fee; for paid tickets the AOA fee is 5%, or 1% with a subscription. The bank fee is the same either way.
No. Table, partner and voting come through the AOA Telegram bot, and without Telegram everything is on the event page in the browser.
The schedule handles it: there are as many rounds as it takes for everyone to meet everyone, and breaks rotate.
Yes. Groups are isolated: each has its own rounds, timer and results, and a guest lands in a group by the age in their profile.
Only checked-in guests are paired. If a guest leaves, mark them as left, and the remaining rounds are rebuilt with no repeat pairs. You can also bring them back into the game.
You do, in the event panel. Participants see only mutual matches: the other person never finds out about a one-sided yes.
Yes. The event panel opens in a phone browser, and the Telegram bot has round controls and a live panel: how many guests voted, the yes rate and mutual matches so far.
As soon as the group finishes, everyone gets a list of mutual matches with contacts in Telegram, by email and in the app: Telegram or the profile page. Those without matches get a short message without contacts.
Tell us how many guests and age groups you're planning, and we'll show you the host panel and suggest round length and number of tables.
